The Indwelling Spirit

When Jesus extended comfort to His disciples in the Upper Room, the heart of that comfort was another Helper - the Paraclete. The Holy Spirit, the third Person of the Trinity, would take of Jesus and give to the disciples. What are the blessings of the Spirit? What does it mean to Have Him within us?
